I was contacted earlier this year by Ellen to work with her in bringing her ideas for a children’s book to life. I was asked to produce the illustrations for the first in a series of books aimed at siblings of children with Autism.
Ellen explains…“I wanted to write a series of books for the siblings of children with special needs, like Frances. She knows Ronnie is different and doesn’t fully understand why but that’s ok. His diagnosis doesn’t stop them being brother and sister and in these books their relationship and his behaviour is their normal.”
